Dry eyes is a very common eye condition that can be distracting, irritating and painful, affecting quality of life. It can occur when the dynamic tear film is disrupted. This can be due to the lack of tears being produced, quick evaporation and/or production of poor quality of tears. This instability can cause inflammation and damage to the ocular surface.

The information you give in this survey will be passed onto the Optometrist before your eye examination so they can understand any symptoms you may be suffering with and discuss the best treatment for you if necessary. It also helps us understand our patients and the problems they may be experiencing so we can continuously provide the best equipment and products.
